Ahmed Farid Studio is the software practice of Ahmed Farid, based in Dubai, UAE. For anything on this page, write to ahmed@iamahmedfarid.com.
What you send us
The contact, free demo and checklist forms ask for your name, email, phone, company and a message. A form service, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), delivers it to our inbox. We use it to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We never sell it, never share it for marketing and never add you to a newsletter.
Analytics
We count visits with Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It sets no cookies and stores no personal data: it records pages viewed, the site you came from, your country, your device type and clicks on a few key buttons, all in aggregate.
Services you choose to use
- Calendly handles call bookings. Its widget loads on some pages, and its own privacy policy and cookies apply when you book.
- WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email links open those services, under their own policies.
- Client logos are fetched from Google’s favicon service, which sees your IP address like any image request.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log IP addresses for security, as its own privacy statement describes.
Stored in your browser
Two small settings: your light or dark theme choice, and whether the opening animation already played in this visit. We set no cookies of our own and run no advertising pixels.
Project work
What you share with us about your product is covered by the NDA we sign before the first call.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you and, for clients, for as long as the project and tax records require. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email ahmed@iamahmedfarid.com. We act on it within 30 days.
